I took another look at the full list and, indeed, there were 901 cars exported to Ghana and 723 to Nigeria. Not the busiest destinations, but they're significant.
By the way, 588 cars were exported to the United Arab Emirates,. The average value of those cars was $22941.94.
Well I kind of doubt there are a lot of manufacturer-associated local dealers in many of those countries. But I would also assume that crime gangs can provide overseas buyers with lower prices.

Why do organized crime steal cars to sell them oversees? Cant people in those countries go to a local dealer to buy a car?
