The word duplicity comes to mind. Say anything to get elected then once in power backtrack on everything that doesn’t meet with your personal ideologies.
I don't know much about A.I. but based on that aggregation of Carney's works and the presentation style, it's an indictment of industrial level hubris in economic and green fascism. Too wordy for the attention of the mindless mushy middle that determine election outcomes, he's relying on cut and paste Conservative policy theft and a media that, for the first time is fighting an election for its potential survival in addition to its normal institutional leftist allegiance. Trump's tariff lunacy and media framing is the greatest gift to "their" campaign.
